A Letter A Day

One year, 365 letters. A letter a day. My resolution for 2006. I’ve always enjoyed writing letters and I want to get back in the habit. I'm not limiting myself to a letter a day. 365 is just the minimum. My goal is to get a 20% response rate. Jean Stapleton

Well, it happened again! Just like the reply I got from Joe Gibbs, I got a reply from Edith Bunker herself, Jean Stapleton. In my letter, I asked questions about the making of "All In the Family" and about life as an actor. Her response was an autographed photo "To Chris." No advice, no words of wisom, just the photo. Not that I'm unappreciative, it's just that I expected more. Oh well, at least she acknowledged my letter.
